Job Responsibility:
Develop simulations using one or more platforms for internal and external process validation
Apply cycle time improvement strategies to optimize robotic applications
Confirm robot models and develop offline programs (OLPs)
Teach Tool Center Points (TCPs), Frames, and Loads
Configure robot I/O, including communication protocols
Set parameters for application-specific equipment
Travel up to 35–50% to customer sites and other JR locations
Train and mentor 1–2 team members as directed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years of related experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience with robot peripheral devices, tool Center points, offline programming software, external axes, and user frames
Experience with one or more robot applications: Material Handling, Dispense (Urethane, Sealer, Adhesive, Paint), Welding (Spot, Arc, Laser)
Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check
