Our partner company is known as one of the world's leading automation experts and industrial robot manufacturers. We are looking for a Robot Commissioning Engineer for a fixed-term contract (at least 1 year).
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for on-site robot debugging. such as tooling installation support network configuration, OLP loading, CT optimizing, and problem solving
Set robot technical standards with the client
Control robot debugging cost
Identify internal and external technical risks
Implement and optimize robot debugging management processes
Communicate, coordinate, and manage on-site internal and supplier personnel, progress, quality, and process execution
Responsible for organizing project process and robot debugging-related documents
Collaborate with the project team to write robot application operation manual documents
Requirements:
College degree or above in electrical, automation, or mechanical engineering
More than 8 years of experience in robot debugging in the automotive body industry
Familiar with Robot standards of Mercedes Benz, Volvo, GM etc.
Familiar with Body In White processes such as spot welding, arc welding
Familiar with robot and PLC interface: Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.
