We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer to lead the development and implementation of robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks. This role requires expertise in robotics engineering, automation, and control systems to design, develop, and maintain robotic systems for optimizing manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and test robotic systems for manufacturing applications, focusing on efficiency, safety, and precision
Implement and program control systems for robotic automation, including path planning, sensor integration, and vision systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineers, software developers, quality assurance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of robotics systems
Optimize and troubleshoot robotic systems and manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety standards
Conduct research and stay updated with advancements in robotics, AI, and automation to integrate cutting-edge technology
Develop and document standard operating procedures, maintenance protocols, and user manuals for robotic systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in robotics engineering, especially in manufacturing environments
Proficiency in robot programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB)
Hands-on experience with robotic systems (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA, or Yaskawa robots)
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation protocols
Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and testing robotic components
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience with machine vision systems and integration (e.g., camera calibration, object recognition)
Knowledge of AI and ML algorithms as applied to robotics
Certifications in robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA) are a plus
