Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required
Safely set up, adjust and operate robotics machines such as Palletizers, Fallas machines, Pearson, Schubert, Tumbler
Maintain area in good housekeeping order
Complete required paperwork
Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules
Support and participate in preventive maintenance program
Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs

Job Responsibility

Safely set up, adjust and operate robotics machines such as Palletizers, Fallas machines, Pearson, Schubert, Tumbler
Rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires
Maintain area in good housekeeping order
Complete required paperwork
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules
Overtime and weekend work may be required
Support and participate in preventive maintenance program
Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs

Maintenance Technician I & II requirements.
7-10 years of experience with equipment and automation consistent with automation, robotics, metal fabrication, paint or assembly operations.
Ability to effectively communicate across departments.

Ability to prioritize daily and weekly work assignments as needed.

Job Responsibility

Maintenance of 5S program.
Maintaining compliance with training programs.
Other duties as assigned.
