Robotic Process Automation Junior Developer

• Assist in the development of Robots and implementing of RPA solutions across all Business Functions
• Work closely with RPA Developers & Analyst ensuring that the Robots are efficient and of high quality – e.g. continuously perform technical tests and check the developed RPA solutions for plausibility, functionality, performance, quality before and during operational RPA operation. Further development possibilities and necessities incl. possible error analysis and elimination
• Maintain existing Robots and redesign solutions of existing Robots
• Create and maintain documentation (Technical Design Documents) for RPA solutions and test scenarios
• Support all stakeholders with troubleshooting in regards of technical issues
• Collaborate closely with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ‘during’ and ‘post’ development stage

• University degree or appropriate training in the field of informatics, or comparable knowledge
• First experience (gained through internships) in the area of IT or automation
• Basic understanding of UiPath
• Experience gathering business requirements

• An interest to learn development
• Structured & logical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solver with prioritisation and planning / time management skills
• Ability to operate under pressure / tight deadlines
• High attention to detail

• Fluent in English
