Job Responsibility

Assist in the development of Robots and implementing of RPA solutions across all Business Functions
Work closely with RPA Developers & Analyst ensuring that the Robots are efficient and of high quality – e.g. continuously perform technical tests and check the developed RPA solutions for plausibility, functionality, performance, quality before and during operational RPA operation. Further development possibilities and necessities incl. possible error analysis and elimination
Maintain existing Robots and redesign solutions of existing Robots
Create and maintain documentation (Technical Design Documents) for RPA solutions and test scenarios
Support all stakeholders with troubleshooting in regards of technical issues
Collaborate closely with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ‘during’ and ‘post’ development stage
