As a RPA Developer you will perform operational activities with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / Process Automation. In particular, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing of the automation processes and supporting the implementation of the RPA solution. You will work closely with the Senior RPA Developer and will also be responsible for documenting the automated processes, supporting the implementation and testing of the solution. Furthermore, assists in managing the operation of the server environment and provides application support for the solutions taken into production.
Job Responsibility:
Cooperate and collaborate with the Business Analyst to develop and program technical RPA solutions with the goal of optimizing processes as well as possible development of automation solutions
Continuously perform technical tests and check the developed RPA solutions for plausibility, functionality, performance, quality before and during operational RPA operation. Further development possibilities and necessities incl. possible error analysis and elimination
Ensure RPA Maintenance and Operations. Regularly monitor the functionality of the RPA solution and adjust in case of master data changes. Initiate targeted actions to ensure optimal RPA performance
Documentation of the RPA solutions in terms of role and process documentation as well as to ensure audit compliance, COSO conformity and IT security
Create regular standard and ad hoc reporting of RPA parameters such as process run count, latency and automatch rate
Support the Center of Excellence team with documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
University degree or appropriate training in the field of informatics, or comparable knowledge
First professional experience in the area of IT or automation
Programming VBA and NET are desirable
Adept at using Microsoft server and client operating systems
Adept at using Microsoft Office applications
IT infrastructure and application development basics
Analytical and numerical skills, extensive IT knowledge
Good communication skills
Recognize, evaluate and process interrelationships in the IT environment
Independent, self-reliant and focused way of working
Ability to work effectively in a global matrix, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment
Fluent in English
