Robotic Process Automation Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and reliability
• Administer Power Automate environments through the Power Platform Admin Center and Automation Anywhere Control Room
• Monitor and maintain RPA platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align automations with business needs
• Provide support and maintenance for existing automation solutions

• 4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with other systems
• Knowledge of administering Power Automate and Automation Anywhere platforms
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere
• Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Knowledge of BPM platforms, like Pega, is a strong plus
