  • Set up, Start, and shut down the automated bagging machinery including scales, baggers, sealers, conveyors, and palletizers to production schedules and specifications
  • Monitor the automated process closely to ensure continuous, efficient, and accurate operation of the corn bagging line
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal product flow, bag weight, and seal integrity
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor operational issues and malfunctions on the bagging line
  • Report major mechanical or electrical issues to management
  • Ensure continuous supply of empty bags, tags, and other packaging materials to the automated line
  • Monitor corn product flow into the bagging system, addressing any blockages or inconsistencies
  • Complete accurate production logs, quality control records, and maintenance reports
  • Openness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities and environments
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
