Job Description:

For a leading manufacturer of industrial vehicles and machine components, we are recruiting a Robot Welding Operator. The operator is responsible for welding steel components using a welding robot, including programming and adjusting the robot for production tasks. The role requires collaboration with offline programmers and constructors to optimize welding processes for new and existing products.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and program welding robots for efficient production
Collaborate with programmers and constructors to improve welding programs
Monitor and ensure consistent weld quality
Evaluate and refine finished components for optimal results
Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding on steel
Experience with robotic welding systems is an asset
Strong technical insight and problem-solving ability
Attention to quality and precision
Able to work independently and provide technical feedback
