Job Responsibility

Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose issues in Husqvarna robotic mowers, including hardware and software components, and perform repairs to ensure optimal functionality
Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance, including firmware updates, battery replacements, and sensor calibration, to prevent future malfunctions
Installation Assistance: Support customers with the installation and initial setup of their robotic mowers, ensuring proper configuration for their specific lawn needs
Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand issues, explain repairs, and advise on best practices for mower care and operation
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each repair or service call, including parts used, time taken, and customer information
Inventory Management: Track and manage parts inventory to ensure timely access to essential components
Field Support: Travel to customer locations as needed for on-site troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service
Training and Support: Educate customers, and Ranga Maintenance team members on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Husqvarna robotic mowers
