Job Description

As an Assembly Technician, you will build precision mechanical components and subassemblies that bring our humanoid robots to life. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your work will directly contribute to production output and quality. You’ll work with engineering drawings and tools to ensure every robot meets high standards of accuracy and performance. This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and a strong commitment to team goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Assemble small to very small mechanical parts, subassemblies, and structures using hand and power tools
  • Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly diagrams
  • Install hardware such as fasteners, bearings, shafts, and linkages
  • Use measuring tools including calipers, torque wrenches, and gauges to verify fit and alignment
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections for quality assurance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow safety and ESD procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Report defects, delays, or issues to leads or quality staff
