Are you passionate about coffee and love meeting new people? We have an exciting opportunity to join our roastery team as a production assistant. We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a sophisticated brand that stands for flavour and service. Involved in the complete coffee production process from start to finish

Requirements

Self-motivated
Good eye for detail
Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business
A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential
A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required

Nice to have

No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial
