Are you passionate about coffee and love meeting new people? We have an exciting opportunity to join our roastery team as a production assistant. We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a sophisticated brand that stands for flavour and service. Right from the start three core principals have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation. Job Responsibility:

  • Involved in the complete coffee production process from start to finish
  • Packing orders
  • Ensuring customers get the best service
  • Roasting coffee

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business
  • A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential
  • A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required

Nice to have:

No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial
