Job Description

We are seeking an experienced contract management professional to lead the full lifecycle of roaming and interconnect agreements across a complex, multinational telecommunications environment. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding commercial, legal, and regulatory outcomes while enabling innovation, standardisation, and long-term value creation through robust contract execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from drafting and negotiation through to signature, execution, and performance monitoring
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of roaming, interconnect, sponsored roaming, travel SIM, discount, and special commercial agreements
  • Ensure contracts mitigate legal, regulatory, and commercial risks through appropriate clauses (e.g. sanctions, anti-bribery, fraud prevention)
  • Proactively monitor contract performance, revenue assurance, and service levels to ensure full value realisation
  • Act as a key relationship partner for third parties, Vodafone local markets, MVNOs, and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and contractual queries
  • Drive continuous improvement of contract frameworks through standardisation, digitalisation, and automation
  • Contribute to industry-wide contract standards for new technologies such as VoLTE, LPWA, and 5G, collaborating with external bodies including GSMA
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and less experienced contract professionals

  • Knowledgeable in roaming, interconnect, and telecommunications technologies
  • Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple markets and seniority levels, including executive leadership
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments
  • Professionally proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ideally legally qualified, with substantial experience gained within the telecoms or roaming industry
