Job Description

Join Green Flag as a Roadside Technician, the backbone of our expanding services. You'll help customers get their vehicles back on the road, turning a stressful breakdown into a resolved situation. Enjoy a career with endless variety and a genuine sense of fulfilment.

Job Responsibility

  • Diagnose vehicle problems and understand the requirements to resolve them
  • Assist customers with issues such as being out of fuel, tyre repair/change, or a new battery
  • Give customers confidence to continue their journey
  • Start your day from your home using a provided Green Flag vehicle

Requirements

  • To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving licence is necessary
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is preferred
  • Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome
  • Experience of the Motor Repair industry
  • Display and utilise best practice and first-class Health & Safety behaviours
  • Collaboration with dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey
  • Use self-initiative
