Job Description:

Our high performing national roadside assistance team is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and driven individual to join during this period of expansion. You will provide first-class service to ensure BMW customers can continue their journeys by repairing vehicles at the scene or arranging recovery to a workshop.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Take ownership of each assistance job
  • Repair the vehicle at scene using various technologies and diagnostic systems
  • Arrange recovery of vehicles when necessary
  • Ensure customers can continue their journey in their moment of need

Requirements:

  • You will be an experienced vehicle or roadside technician
  • You must have diagnostic equipment experience
  • You will have excellent fault finding and repair skills
  • You must have excellent customer facing skills
  • You will have a good level of IT competence
  • You must have a full drivers’ licence
  • You will be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
