Requirements

You will be an experienced vehicle or roadside technician
You must have diagnostic equipment experience
You will have excellent fault finding and repair skills
You must have excellent customer facing skills
You will have a good level of IT competence
You must have a full drivers’ licence
You will be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances

Job Responsibility

Ensure that customers receive excellent service
Take ownership of each assistance job
Repair the vehicle at scene using various technologies and diagnostic systems
Arrange recovery of vehicles when necessary
Ensure customers can continue their journey in their moment of need

Full, valid driving license
City and Guilds Technician Certificate (Parts I & II) or equivalent
Experience in motor vehicle repair and fault finding
Strong customer service skills

Job Responsibility

Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs efficiently, ensuring top-quality service at all times
Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s high standards
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the service vehicle, keeping it stocked with necessary parts and tools
Proactively manage parts stock in your vehicle to ensure you have everything you need for every job
Provide technical support over the phone when required by recovery operators or customers
Complete all relevant paperwork for vehicle maintenance, job updates, and stock management in a timely manner
