Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the dispatch of emergency roadside services (ERS) to our customers by our outside vendors, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Track the status of ERS calls
  • Coordinate with internal parties to meet the needs of the customer, including the dispatch of a tow truck or vehicle
  • Prepare and compile reports

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to work near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to continuously sit, talk, hear/listen and type
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

6 months dispatcher experience in a fast-paced shop is a bonus!
