Job Description:

At Stone Systems we are looking for a Brand Ambassador to generate countertop leads at Costco warehouses in the Greensboro, NC area. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing Stone Systems and generating Sales Leads in one of our biggest National Accounts: 'Costco' by promoting Cosentino products. This person will conduct Roadshows in the Costco warehouses throughout the territory appointed, visiting a different warehouse each week depending on a calendar previously arranged.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setup, attend & breakdown roadshows at Costco warehouses according to planned schedules
  • Generate qualified Leads through interaction with the customers in the warehouse that can be converted into sales
  • Enter Leads into a lead tracking software including correct contact information and the materials the customer is interested in
  • Follow up on leads entered weekly, to determine if they’ve converted into appointments and were sold
  • Submit daily reports through a tablet with a summary of your day & what was accomplished at the Roadshow
  • Engage with every customer as they’re walking by
  • Create a customized sales pitch to engage customers & start a conversation
  • Promote new colors and applications as they’re launched
  • Provide product knowledge to the customers and answer their questions
  • Create a relationship with the Management team at every warehouse and keep the contact database updated
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Experience as a promoter of products or services
  • Background in sales, design, retail or hospitality (1-2 years)
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of apple products (iphone/ipad)
  • Ability to quickly learn software
  • Knowledge of countertops, cabinets, residential remodeling, or related industry experience
  • Well-developed verbal & written communication skills
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to type professional emails in Outlook on a tablet
  • Quick learner & high knowledge retention
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Be able to stand for 8 hours or more a day
