Road service technician - lift trucks

• Troubleshoot defective mechanical or electrical parts and perform repairs efficiently/effectively
• Preventive maintenance
• Diagnose issues and order necessary parts according to technical manuals
• Document and analyze breakdowns following established procedures
• Serve as the primary contact between our company and customers, balancing technical expertise with strong client interaction + superior customer service

• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or related field
• Automotive/Truck Certification (310T/310S) or Heavy Duty Technician Certification (421A) *not mandatory
• ICE-IE-P Industrial Equipment Propane Certification is an asset
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in battery and engine-powered material handling equipment
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and electrical/electronic diagnostic tools
• Strong understanding of Lock-out/Tag-out procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license
