Experience in Provincial and/or Municipal highway maintenance operations
Strong hands-on experience operating highway maintenance equipment, particularly in winter conditions
Demonstrated ability to supervise, guide, and support employees while actively performing maintenance work
Ability to complete required documentation and basic administrative duties accurately and on time

Providing on-shift supervision by coordinating work activities, assigning tasks, and supporting crew members
Acting as the senior on-shift contact and responding to operational issues, incidents, and emergency situations
Completing required operational paperwork, reports, logs, and documentation within required timelines
Communicating operational, staffing, and equipment issues to management
Other duties as assigned
