Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated worker to join our asphalt team for an exciting role in road construction. In this position, you will play a key role in executing asphalt works and contributing to successful infrastructure projects. Together with a professional team, you will ensure the precise laying of asphalt and the creation of well-finished roadways. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and sustainability of the roads we use every day.

Job Responsibility:

Work together with your colleagues to carry out asphalt works accurately and within the required time
Assist the team with the preparation, laying, and finishing of hot asphalt
Perform various manual tasks, such as updating seams, conducting milling works, and cleaning the work area

Requirements:

You have knowledge or experience with asphalt works, or you are motivated to learn the trade
A valid driver’s license (B) is required to travel to various work locations
Safety and flexibility are second nature to you, and you enjoy working as part of a team
You have, or are willing to obtain, a VCA certificate
You can communicate in Dutch, French, or English
Experience with operating a roller or asphalt machine is a plus, but not essential
