Job Description:

The Activities Representative designs and implements Resort activities for all guests and Owners, ensuring an enjoyable Resort stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designs, schedules, and implements resort activities for all guests and Owners
  • Designs, schedules and implements special events for holidays and other occasions
  • Coordinates special projects and events with off-site vendors and attractions
  • Publishes and designs a weekly recreational calendar
  • Purchases and maintains sports equipment and gaming library
  • Provides quality control of recreational areas, including basketball courts, tennis courts, pool areas, and children’s playground
  • Provides follow-up reports to management with regard to special projects and responsibilities
  • Provides exemplary guest service to all Owners, exchangers and resort guests
  • Complies and enforces all company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two (2) years of Guest Services experience in a hotel/resort field
  • Minimum two (2) years of Recreational experience
