• Lead Patient Care: Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
• Assess & Evaluate: Conduct thorough nursing assessments, identify deviations from normal health status, and establish nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate & Delegate: Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team, assigning and delegating components of nursing care to optimize delivery
• Document & Educate: Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient responses, and actively participate in patient teaching
• Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate mastery of unit skills, contribute to ongoing patient assessment, and report changes in status
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to provide holistic, high-quality care

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
• Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
