Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!)
  • Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
