Job Responsibility

  • Be a clinical leader. Apply your expertise directly in a patient's most comfortable environment, delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care
  • Craft individualized care. Develop, implement, and dynamically adjust comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence and well-being
  • Collaborate and coordinate. Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team – physicians, therapists, and support staff – to ensure holistic care
  • Empower and educate. Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing crucial teaching and emotional support
  • Mentor and guide. Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team
  • Innovate with technology. Utilize leading-edge tools and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
