Joining our team as a RN Unit Manager would require that you aide in establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures. You will take on the role of a mentor for less experienced nurses and nursing assistants. As the Unit Manager, you will monitor overall care and review residents’ care information on a case by case basis. All while maintaining the standards of care for the unit.

Requirements:
State RN License, required
Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role, required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, medical professionals, administrative and other staff
