Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state
At least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire)
A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety

Job Responsibility

Master Telemetry Monitoring: Expertly assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
Provide Advanced Medical Care: Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and provide comprehensive holistic care to a diverse patient population
Be a Critical Responder: Utilize sharp assessment skills to identify and quickly address emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
Collaborate with Excellence: Partner closely with physicians, cardiologists, specialists, and the entire care team, fostering seamless communication to deliver integrated, exceptional care
Educate & Empower: Guide patients and their families through their care journey, explaining conditions, treatments, and home care instructions with empathy and clarity
