Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus! To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into a Full-time or Part-time Nights or Days position, ONLY within the specialties of OB or OR; PRN positions are not eligible. The position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Job Responsibility

Requirements
RN License required
Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required
BLS from the American Heart Association required
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float (for Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires)
At least six months of direct RN experience (for sign-on bonus eligibility)
Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)
