As a Clinical Nurse, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns. Job Responsibility:

Adhere to established Hospital/departmental policies and procedures, objectives, Quality Assessment and Improvement Program, legal, safety, environmental, infection control standards, Nurse Practices Act and Patient's Bill of Rights
Apply clinical knowledge and expertise for coordinating patient care by regularly planning and evaluating the care of patients
Establish and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with other staff members, physicians, patients, patient family members, and the public as appropriate, while assuring confidentiality of all patient information
Demonstrate effective nursing judgement and a working knowledge of the nursing process
Provide guidance to interdisciplinary team members by supervising nursing interventions and assisting with related tasks
Provide leadership by establishing priorities and coordinating nursing care
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current California License required
Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing
Minimum 1 year current acute care registered nursing experience in Specialty area required
Current AHA BLS required
LA City Fire Care required within 90 days of hire
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree / BSN Preferred
Experience with EHR (Cerner, MediTech, etc)
Experience with Open heart and balloon pump preferred
