Job Responsibility

Coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all of the Urgent Care Centers (UCC)
Evaluate and coordinate staffing needs
Maintain adequate levels of patient care supplies
Work collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors in accomplishing each of the Urgent Care Center goals
Serve as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise
Communicate those issues and issue resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner
Work with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center

Job Responsibility

Provides first-aid services to injured employees according to medical directives
Refers employees to emergency service as needed
Assists employees with illnesses, providing basic care, advice, and referral to primary care physicians
Provides CPR and first-aid training for Emergency Response Team and for other appropriate staff
Provides medical oversight, training, continuing education operational support, and resources for onsite staff
Communicates availability of employee assistance program to help employees with work stress, personal issues, and any mental health component of the medical condition
Collaborates with company management regarding job responsibilities, coordination of health services with other company policies, and promoting health education and counseling for employees
Follows up directly with employees to assist with any medically related issues to ensure compliance with plan of care
Contacts all employees on lost time or modified duty at reasonable intervals
