Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all Urgent Care Centers
  • Evaluate and coordinate staffing needs
  • Maintain adequate levels of patient care supplies
  • Work collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors
  • Serve as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers
  • Communicate issues and resolutions with UCC leadership
  • Work with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing preferred (BSN)
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required
