As the RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations and clinical oversight of the clinic. You will lead and mentor a team of registered nurses and support staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising and mentoring registered nurses and support staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Ensuring optimal patient flow and efficient utilization of resources to meet the demand for services
Addressing patient care or service problems promptly and effectively
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitoring and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage to meet patient needs
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of the center
Requirements:
Current licensure as a registered nurse
One years' increasingly responsible health care operations experience
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience
