Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Job Responsibility

  • Adheres to department and hospital policies and procedures
  • Administers, oversees and documents medication administration
  • Assesses patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral/emotional, developmental and spiritual needs
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and competence
  • Documents care delivered and patient status using nursing process
  • Demonstrates competent professional practice and engages in professional growth

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • One to two years Med/Surg experience with completion of Mother/Baby Education program or new graduate with completion of senior practicum in L&D, Mother/Baby unit or nursery
  • Registered Nurse: WA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (within 6 months)

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing
  • One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
  • Previous Mother-Baby experience
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring
