Job Responsibility:
Expertly assess patient/family health needs
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
Provide technical nursing care to diverse age populations (neonatal to geriatric) with developmental understanding

Allows for privacy and modesty in the provision of care
Identifies self by name and title to patient/family
Determines presence/type of Advanced Directive
Reports suspected cases of abuse/neglect, if identified
Understands role of, and how to access, the Bioethics Committee
Establishes presence of consent prior to treatment/procedures
Requirements:
Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
One year recent telemetry acute care experience
Current RN license in CA
Basic Life Support - CPR
Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 12 months of hire
