Job Description:

As our Respiratory Telemetry Nurse, you will be a compassionate and pivotal healthcare professional, delivering comprehensive nursing care and leading patient-centered care initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess patient/family health needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
  • Provide technical nursing care to diverse age populations (neonatal to geriatric)
  • Uphold Organization's Mission, Core Values, and support strategic and Performance Improvement plans
  • Assure that the rights of the patient/family are respected and maintained
  • Allow for privacy and modesty in the provision of care
  • Identify self by name and title to patient/family
  • Determine presence/type of Advanced Directive
  • Report suspected cases of abuse/neglect, if identified
  • Understand role of, and how to access, the Bioethics Committee

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
  • Current California RN License
  • Basic Life Support - CPR

Nice to have:

  • Bachelors in health related field
  • One year recent acute care experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
