Job Responsibility

Function as a direct clinical care RN Resident nurse, developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you transition into practice
Achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas

Develop, implement and assess the patient plan of care during time of stay in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the patient/family
Be in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor
Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility
Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice
Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients.
