LeRoy Village Green Residential Healthcare Facility, a premier provider of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Rehab Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehab unit, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the daily operations of the rehab unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and throughput
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or questions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
