Job Description

This is a part time, benefited RN role at our clinic in Vista. The clinic is open 7a-5p and the hours are flexible. There are not any weekend or call shifts. The position is mostly remote however in person visits to the clinic twice monthly and during survey is expected. Full time status during training is preferred.

Job Responsibility

Manages the ASC functions of: Accreditation, Licensure, Quality and Compliance and Infection Control for the Carmel Valley ASC and Rancho Bernardo ASC

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an ambulatory or hospital surgery department
  • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to ASC Surgery and Accreditation Standards (AAAHC) and other system-wide applicable requirements and policies

Nice to have

  • AAAHC or JHCAO experience, experience with policy development
  • Clinical experience either in an ASC or a AAAHC accredited office
