Join our Regional Market Float position. Work in your area of expertise, float to at least 3 of our 5 Omaha Metro locations, and earn 25% hourly differential! Facility selection and shift preference is available first come, first serve. Apply today!

Job Responsibility

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to a designated group of healthcare consumers across the continuum
  • Provides services which encompass the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care of the sick, prevention of disease, or conservation of health
  • Follow the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
  • Assessment - Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze the following healthcare consumer data including: psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors
  • Administer medications accurately and safely
  • Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated
  • Keep up with Physician orders

Requirements

  • Graduate of an RN nursing program
  • Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact
  • Basic life support is required upon hire
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
  • Other credentials may be needed based on the level of care RN floats to
  • Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice
  • 2 years of PCU experience
