Here, you'll be working with a diverse population of patients ranging from infants to young adults and will get to showcase your expertise in handling intricate cases, including generalized respiratory issues and cardiac care. You will have the opportunity to mentor new nurses while managing high-acuity patients in a unit that boasts a staff-to-patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. Responsibilities include handling respiratory and neuro surgical patients as well as providing critical cardiac support. This is a 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts, and it promises to be as rewarding as it is challenging!
