Make a Real Difference: Join Our Medical-Surgical Telemetry 2 Team as an RN! As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Responsibility

  • Adheres to established Hospital/departmental policies and procedures, objectives, Quality Assessment and Improvement Program, legal, safety, environmental, infection control standards, Nurse Practices Act and Patient's Bill of Rights
  • Applies clinical knowledge and expertise for coordinating patient care by regularly planning and evaluating the care of patients
  • Establishes and maintains professional and collaborative relationships with other staff members, physicians, patients, patient family members, and the public as appropriate, while assuring confidentiality of all patient information
  • Demonstrates effective nursing judgement and a working knowledge of the nursing process
  • Provides guidance to interdisciplinary team members by supervising nursing interventions and assisting with related tasks
  • Provides leadership by establishing priorities and coordinating nursing care

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an accredited/approved Nursing program
  • Minimum one year current acute care registered nursing experience in specialty area, upon hire
  • Current and Active Registered Nurse: CA
  • AHA Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Fire Safety, within 90 Days

Nice to have

  • Acute Rehab experience
  • Experience with EHR (Cerner, MediTech, etc)
