Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days

Job Responsibility

Lead the implementation, promotion, and oversight of perinatal patient safety and quality of care initiatives and programs
Ensure adherence to national clinical standards
Disseminate crucial safety information
Facilitate educational programs
Conduct safety rounds
Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Champion a culture of safety by monitoring clinical outcomes, analyzing adverse events, developing education plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure all care providers on Maternal Child Health adhere to national clinical standards and principles and practice of safety
Serve as a patient safety advocate and clinical role model in perinatal nursing obstetrics
