Join this acute progressive unit as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift. You'll be working with heavy trauma and GI post-op patients, including those requiring complex abdominal surgeries, trachs, flaps, and wound care. This assignment offers the chance to handle advanced procedures such as surgical drains, surgical oncology, wound vacs, ostomies, ports, PICCs, TPN, and lipids in a fast-paced environment. You'll need ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and telemetry experience, along with Level 1-2 trauma background. First-time travelers with Level 1 trauma experience are welcome to apply. This role is suited for experienced RN professionals eager to make an impact in a busy unit that demands technical proficiency and calm under pressure. Expect to be hands-on with patient care activities that require precision and confidence, all while working within a supportive team setting.
