Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform triage by assessing patient's health and continuously monitor
  • detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary
  • quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • respond to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
  • set priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipate personnel, supplies, and equipment required
  • work collaboratively with providers to provide exceptional care
  • administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • provide patient and family education

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse license in KY
  • Basic Life Support - CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (within 90 days)
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course certification (within 12 months)
