Rn On-Duty House Admin-Bh

• Assume primary administrative responsibility and accountability for all departments and personnel during assigned periods
• Serve as on-site representative of UH administration
• Serve as a resource for all departments and personnel during assigned periods
• Act as liaison as necessary between physicians, staff, patients, families, UH departments and other institutions and agencies to promote and facilitate communication, problem solving, decision-making, crisis intervention, resource utilization, and conflict management
• Report summary of incidents to senior management as required
• Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups

• Program Graduate
• Bachelor's Degree
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
• Nursing
• 3 years directly related experience
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
• RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM

Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
