Job Description

This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of neonatal care in a Level 3 or higher facility, specializing in trauma cases with 2-3 years of experience in similar settings. You'll perform comprehensive assessments of neonatal patients, develop and implement detailed care plans, and ensure all documentation is precise and current. The work involves assisting mothers with breastfeeding initiation and contributing to Baby-Friendly initiatives. Expect to participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, administer medications with barcode scanning, and prioritize safety for both patients and staff. This assignment stands out for its focus on trauma-level neonates and the night shift structure, providing a unique opportunity to deepen expertise in a critical care environment while working alongside a skilled healthcare team. The night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, giving you a chance to experience the quieter, more focused side of neonatal care during overnight hours.
