As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Responsibility:
Assess patient’s health and continuously monitor
detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary
quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
Respond to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
Set priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipate personnel, supplies, and equipment required
Work collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
Provide patient and family education
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse license in North Dakota upon hire
American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of start
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of start
