• Collaborate on comprehensive screenings
• conduct critical risk assessments
• provide vital preventative health education
• expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations

• ensure patients feel informed and at ease
• guide patients through instructions and addressing their concerns
• be a role model for Hospital's Patient Satisfaction effort (demonstrate AIDET principles)
• orient patient/family members to patient room
• complete Nursing Assessment and develop initial care plan
• recognize patient's/family's capabilities and assist them to function at optimal level
• demonstrate knowledge of patient population needs
• communicate with other team members and document individual patient needs
• modify Nursing Plan of Care as required by changing patient needs
• develop a teaching/discharge plan for individual patients
• evaluate patient education with clients/family

• Registered Nurse: CA
• 1 year RN Acute Care experience
• Basic Life Support - CPR

One (1) year experience in area of specialty
