Job Responsibility

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments
  • Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed
  • Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit
  • Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift
  • Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
  • Active Minnesota license in good standing
  • BLS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome
  • Strong leadership skills
