Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you'll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. This opportunity provides you with the chance to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized, comprehensive care to residents. Job Responsibility:

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments
  • Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed
  • Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit
  • Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift
  • Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
  • Active Minnesota license in good standing
  • BLS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome
  • Strong leadership skills
