Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required
  • Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)
  • Assists director with department charge reconciliation
  • Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN
  • Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit
  • Provides staff with real time feedback PRN
  • Assists with payroll functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
  • Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days
